Petitioners Mr. Hillol Saha Podder For the Petitioners Mr. Ujjwal Luksom Ms. Namrata Das For the State Having considered the statements of the neighbourers recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure implicating amongst others the petitioners and in view of the fact that the victim has not yet been recovered, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The application for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM 1234 of 2021 is accordingly, disposed of.
