We have considered the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Jalpaiguri refusing the prayer for anticipatory bail, the ground on which the bail was denied cannot be ignored. Considering the materials available on record it does not suggest, the petitioner should be released on anticipatory bail at this stage.

In view thereof, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
