Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, since necessary police permission has already been issued to conduct the rally as scheduled, nothing further survives in this writ petition. In view of the above, this writ petition being WPA of stands dismissed as infructuous.

The petitioner submits that, they shall continue with the rally strictly in accordance with the permission granted to them.
