1. Order dated September 11, 2025 is mentioned at the behest of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out the defect appearing in paragraph no.6 of the said order. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that by paragraph no.5 of the said order, the application was dismissed as withdrawn, on the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner. But in paragraph 6, the matter was directed to be placed before the next available Circuit Bench and that too, on the request of learned advocate for the petitioner. It is an error apparent at the face of the record.
2. In such circumstances, let paragraph no.6 of the said order dated September 11, 2025 be deleted. The department shall treat the matter as 8dismissed as withdrawn9 in terms of paragraph no.5 of the order dated September 11, 2025.
3. The remaining portion of the order shall remain unaltered.
4. The department concerned will incorporate such correction in the order dated September 11, 2025.
5. Let this order be treated as part of the original order dated September 11, 2025.
