On instruction, Mr. Kumar Shantanu, learned Advocate (VC) submits that, the direction of this Court dated September 12, 2025 has been complied with and he shall file a compliance report on the next day. Ms. Suparna Mukherjee, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, substantial part

of the direction has undoubtedly been complied with but, according to her instruction from her client, some obstruction is still there.

Once the compliance report shall be filed on the next day, the issue shall be cleared.

The matter shall appear under the heading "Contempt Application" on May 8, 2026.
