However, it is submitted that the petitioner shall renew his prayer for bail in the event the charge-sheet is not filed within the statutory period of 60 days. In view of the aforesaid, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer in the event the charge-sheet is not filed within the statutory period.
CRM 1259 of 2021 is accordingly disposed of.
