And In Re: Manik Roy Petitioner Mr. Jaydeep Kanta Bhowmik For the Petitioner Mr. Aditi Shankar Chakraborty, APP Mr. Sagnik Sankar For the State The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 40 days and the charge-sheet has not yet been filed. However, it is submitted that the petitioner shall renew his prayer for bail in the event the charge-sheet is not filed within the statutory period of 60 days. In view of the aforesaid, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer in the event the charge-sheet is not filed within the statutory period.

CRM 1259 of 2021 is accordingly disposed of.
