Defacto complainant recorded a statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. implicating the petitioner not only in torture but also administrating drugs so as to ensure miscarriage. Role of the petitioner requires investigation. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
