This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the alleged inaction on the part of the respondent authorities concerned in making payment to the work done by the petitioner in execution of a contract in question.

Considering the submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 2661 of 2022 is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate representation before the authority concerned for redressal of his grievances against non-payment of the arrear in question, within two weeks from date and if such representation is made by the petitioner before the appropriate authority, the same shall be considered by

him in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representative within eight weeks from the date of making such representation.
