Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated. It is further submitted that the husband and two brother-in-laws are already in custody.

Learned Counsel for the State, however, opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and refers to the statement of the independent witnesses recorded under Sections 161 and 164 of the Cr.P.C and also the post-mortem report along with other related documents. Considering the nature and gravity and seriousness of the offence revealed from the case diary, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioners is rejected.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM No.1263 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.
