Petitioners Mr. Sayan De Ms. Esha Acharya For the Petitioner Mr. Kallol Acharjee Mr. Tapan Bhattacharya For the State We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. It is submitted that the charge-sheet has already been filed and the trial has already commenced. This application is pre-mature. However, the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Dinhata is requested to conclude the trial within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. In view of the disclosure in this petition, the Investigating Agency shall verify the documents issued by UNHCR and the progress made in that regard. In the event it is found on verification of such documents that the petitioners are entitled to asylum, the same should immediately be brought to the notice of the learned Trial Judge without delay so that appropriate orders may be passed by the learned Trail Court.

With the above directions, CRM 1266 of 2021 is, accordingly, disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
