In view of the fact that the petitioners stand on the same footing as that of Harekrishna Dey & Anr., whose application for anticipatory bail was disposed of on 20th February, 2020 in CRM 201 of 2020 by passing such directions, we dispose of this application with the same direction.

i) The petitioners shall not be arrested for a period of three weeks from date on condition that they will immediately surrender before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Alipurduar.

ii) The petitioners will be at liberty to apply for regular bail before the appropriate Court and if such an application is made, the same shall be decided in accordance with

law without being influenced by any observation made in this order as expeditiously as possible.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM No.1267 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
