Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. A large volume of tablets containing Tramodol was recovered. Petitioner has not been able to explain licit possession of the medicinal products. It is alleged petitioner was in possession of the medicinal products for non-medicinal use. Amount of Tramadol recovered is above commercial quantity. Trial is in progress. Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

3. Application for bail is, thus, rejected.
