Commercial quantity of contraband items was seized from the petitioners and other accused persons jointly. We have seen the seizure list, which clearly indicates recovery from these petitioners and other accused persons. In view of the restriction in Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to allow the petitioners' prayer for bail. C.R.M. No.1287 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed. Let the Lower Court Records be sent back to the learned Trial Court immediately.
