The petitioner intends to obtain certified copy of certain documents in connection with the criminal appeal being CRA SB 27 of 2024 and CRA DB 48 of 2024 pending consideration before this Court. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the High Court Administration submits, upon instruction that, the petitioner may apply for obtaining certified copy in the prescribed format and the certified copy will be supplied to the applicant.

The Registrar, Circuit Bench of Calcutta High Court at Jalpaiguri is directed to take necessary steps in response to the application for certified copy as and when the same will be filed by the petitioner. The Department is directed to permit the learned advocate for the petitioner to inspect the records prior to making application for obtaining the certified copy.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

In view of the disposal of the writ petition, the connected application also stands disposed of. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of usual legal formalities.
