It is found from the record that by an order dated 10th August, 2022 this Court had directed the petitioners to implead the municipality in the present writ application but the petitioners had not taken any steps. On 7th June, 2023 when the matter was called, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners and no accommodation was sought for and for the interest of justice the case was adjourned till today with the rider that if none appears on behalf of the petitioner, appropriate orders will be passed. Today also even on the second call none appears on behalf of the petitioners and no accommodation is sought for. In view of the above, WPA No. 2580 of 2021 is dismissed for default.
