The name of the headmaster is Mr. Homnath Neroula.
There is an order of the School Education Department, Government of West Bengal for the transfer of the said headmaster which he has not complied with. He should leave the present school and join the school as has been indicated in the said order of the School Education Department, by seven days. In any event he is restrained from entering the school premises from today itself and
he shall not be treated as the headmaster of the Lingsey school. He is granted seven days' time to join the new school. If he fails to join the new school, there shall be a break of service and if he joins within seven days from date in the new school, there shall not be any break of service.
The said Mr. Homnath Neroula is directed to handover all the documents by seven days when he will enter the school with the police officers and only for this purpose he will enter the school today. The Managing Committee has not complied with the order through the headmaster or the teacher-in-charge. Though it is stated that the President of the Managing Committee wrote a letter to the teacher-in-charge for supplying the documents, today the said TIC Mr. Arun Kumar Khaling, has submitted that when he took charge and was functioning as a teacher-in-charge, during that time from a drawer, where some documents were kept, were taken away by breaking the lock of the drawer for which he lodged a General Diary with the nearby police station. However, it appears that there is a deep conspiracy to stall the proceeding against the said headmaster and, therefore, the Managing Committee is required to be dissolved.
The District Inspector of Schools is directed to take appropriate steps by three days from date and the Managing Committee shall be replaced by one Administrator in course of this week.
The writ application is dismissed.
