Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Public Prosecutor.

Perused the case diary. The present petitioner is absconding as it appears from the case diary. He is not cooperating with the Investigating Officer. Commercial quantity of contraband substance was recovered from the possession of the petitioner on spot. Therefore, considering the seriousness of offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM(A) 556 of 2022, is accordingly, dismissed.
