This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the action of the respondent authority/Nivedita Nursing Home concerned refusing to accept Swasthiya Sathi Card. It appears from record that the petitioner has made a representation for redressal of her such grievance on 19th July, 2022 as appears from Annexure P-6 at pages 22 to 25 of the writ petition.

Considering the submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 2679 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned to take a decision on the aforesaid representation of the petitioner

in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order.
