Pursuant to the order of this court dated 7th November, 2022, respondent Nos. 3 & 4/GTA Authorities have filed a report through their learned Advocate and specifically making statement therein that the work in question relating to supply of water in the locality concerned is in progress and shall be completed within January, 2023. Let such report filed by the learned Advocate appearing for the respondent Nos.3 & 4/ GTA Authorities be kept with the record.

Considering such report and in view of the specific recording by the higher authorities in the aforesaid report, this writ petition being WPA 2680 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the said Authorities to

complete the work in question within the time stipulated therein by themselves.
