Prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on September 5, 2023. Subsequent thereto, the order of Warrant of Arrest was set aside by the Revisional Court on May 2, 2024 passed in C.R.R. 133 of 2024.

Second application for grant of anticipatory bail was dismissed for non-prosecution on April 2, 2024. Process for issuance of Warrant of Arrest was irregular and, therefore, the Revisional Court set aside such process. That is not a material change in circumstances.

There being no material change in circumstances, subsequent to earlier order of rejection dated September 5, 2023, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
