Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner made an innocuous prayer of direction upon the respondent Block Development Officer concerned to expedite the proceeding in question on the basis of letter dated 24th June, 2022 addressed to him by the District Panchayet and Rural Development Officer who shall conclude the same expeditiously and preferably within three months from the date of communication of this order.

With this observation this writ petition being WPA 2682 of 2022 is disposed of.
