Leave is granted to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner to correct the description of the respondent no.4 in the cause title of the writ petition. In the second paragraph of page 1, third line of the said order the word "Jalpaiguri" should read as "Alipurduar".

In the first paragraph of page 2, third line of the said order the word "Jalpaiguri" should read as "Alipurduar".

The order dated 23th September, 2024 is corrected accordingly. The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.

Let this order be read along with the order dated 23th September, 2024.
