Mr. Raja Saha, Mr. Debraj Sahu ... for the State The writ petitioner claims to be a militant of the banned Kamatapur Liberation Organisation (K. L. O.), who has surrendered. He relies upon a public announcement of the Hon'ble Chief Minister, that surrendered members of the K.L.O. would be provided jobs.

The petitioner claims to have applied before the learned Chief Minister in this regard.

Admittedly, there is no scheme of the Government to confer any cause of action or right of the petitioner to any such employment. In the event, State frames or has already framed any scheme in that regard, the petitioner may apply in accordance with such scheme to the concerned authority.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
