Condition of bail imposed on co-accused has been modified vide order dated 26.11.2024. No adverse report is placed against the petitioner.

Under such circumstanced we are inclined to modify the conditions of bail of the petitioner on similar line. 3.

Petitioner may enter the jurisdiction of Darjeeling district provided he reports to the Officer-in-Charge Bagdogra P.S once a week till conclusion of the investigation.
