The petitioner submits that the complaint lodged before the police clearly disclose that there was an attempt of murder. The police have already incorporated the section relating to grievous hurt. 2.

According to the petitioner, the section relating to attempt to murder ought to have been incorporated.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondents denies that there was any attempt to murder as alleged or at all.

It has been submitted that a civil suit is pending between the parties. A counter complaint has been lodged by the private respondents before the police.

Learned advocate appearing for the State respondents submits that the provision for grievous

hurt has already been incorporated. The case is at the investigation stage.

Upon hearing the parties it appears that the police is proceeding with the investigation of the case. The police shall take proper steps to investigate the matter and if it appears that any further section is required to be incorporated, then necessary steps shall be taken in this regard.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photo copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
