Ms. Bedashruti Bose Mr. Sumit Kumar ....for the State The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition the dealership of the petrol pump run by the petitioner has been cancelled. In order to bring on record the subsequent facts the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a comprehensive writ petition incorporating the subsequent events also. On the prayer of the learned advocate for the petitioner, WPA 1971 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action and by incorporating the subsequent events.
