Accordingly, his client would not like to press this application with liberty to file afresh. On the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, this shall not preclude the petitioner from filing a proper application afresh on the self same grounds. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon completion of requisite formalities.
