The names of all the learned advocates representing the petitioner were inadvertently not recorded in the order dated 24th September, 2024. Be it recorded that Mr. Pramit Majumder and Mr. Nirmalya Chakraborty learned advocates appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 24th September, 2024. In the 2nd line of the 4th paragraph of page 2 of the order the word 'one' should read as 'seventeen'. The order dated 24th September, 2024 is corrected accordingly. The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.
