1. This matter is listed at the behest of the petitioner for correction of a typographical mistake which has been crept up in the order dated 11.9.2025.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that inadvertently at paragraph no(s) 6 and 7, of the order dated 11.9.2025, it is typed as "Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mekhliganj, Cooch Behar" instead of "Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mekhliganj, Cooch Behar".

3. This mistake is apparent.

4. Let the correction be made accordingly.
