Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after earlier anticipatory bail application was rejected by the coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20th February, 2025, there are change in circumstances as the investigation is complete and charge-sheet has been filed. Learned counsel further submits that principal accused has also been admitted to bail by the learned trial court. Admittedly, the petitioner had not moved the learned Sessions Court before filing the present application. Learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the
present application with liberty to file the fresh bail application before the learned Sessions Court.

Liberty granted.

Learned Sessions Court shall decide the bail application independently without being influenced by the earlier order passed by this court in accordance with law.

Hence, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
