1. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that his marriage was solemnized with the victim 18 years ago. The FIR is the outcome of family dispute. He seeks for anticipatory bail.

2. Opposing such prayer, learned Advocate for the State submits that the victim sustained cut injuries which had to be treated upon hospitalisation. He seeks for dismissal of the application for anticipatory bail.

3. Perused the case diary and materials on record.

4. It is found from the medical report that the victim sustained compound fracture injuries in her left hand and she had to be hospitalized. The statement of the

victim reveals serious allegation against this petitioner. Considering such materials and the nature and gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Thus, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

5. CRM (A) 696 of 2025 stands dismissed.
