Mr. Hillol Saha Podder ...... for the petitioner Sk. Md. Balib Ms. Jyotsna Roy Mukherjee ... for the State The writ petition relates to permission for performing Durga Puja in a school premises. The petitioner applied for permission from the BDO, Mathabhanga-I on 26th August, 2022.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent authorities submits that there is no provision for making physical application and that the petitioner should have made online application through the designated portal.

WPA 2762 of 2022 is disposed of with the direction on the BDO, Mathabhanga-I being the respondent No. 8 to consider and dispose of the application within 24 hrs. form the time in which the order is dictated in Court. The decision shall be communicated to the petitioner by 6:30 p.m. tomorrow, i.e.,28th September, 2022. The petitioner is at liberty to

communicate this order on the concerned respondent on the basis of the order dictated in open Court. (Moushumi Bhattacharya, J.)
