The order rejecting the prayer of the petitioner seeking transfer on account of the medical illness of her minor daughter on the ground that the Utsashree portal has been temporarily suspended is impugned in the instant writ petition.

It has been submitted that the minor daughter of the petitioner is suffering from cancer and is under medical treatment.

The ground for rejection of the application for transfer because of suspension of the Utsashree portal does not appeal to the Court.

The petitioner is no way responsible for functioning of the portal and she should not suffer on account of the suspension of the official portal by the State respondents.

The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Jalpaiguri to forward the documents of the petitioner including the medical papers to the West Bengal Central School Service Commission within a week from the date of communication of this order.

The Commission is directed to process the application without any further delay but positively within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of all documents from the office of the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Jalpaiguri.

The respondent authorities are directed to act promptly and take a very sympathetic view in the matter and ensure that the application of the petitioner is disposed of within the time limit as specified hereinabove.

All medical documents of the petitioner's child is annexed to the writ petition. The District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Jalpaiguri shall proceed to act relying on the said documents.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photo copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
