The petitioner prays for expeditious disposal of the Matrimonial Suit No.354 (09) of 2021, pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court at Siliguri.

2. It appears that the suit is at the stage of evidence. The prayer is innocuous.

3. The learned District Judge shall make a sincere attempt to dispose of the suit expeditiously, preferably within a year from date, provided that the interim maintenance that may have been directed to be passed by any forum, is to pay regularly.

4. Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of.

5. Parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
