Leave is granted to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner to implead the West Bengal Board of Primary Education and the Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education as party respondents in the instant writ petition.

Let a copy of the writ petition be served upon Mr. Saikat Banerjee, learned advocate who usually represents the Board before this Court. The Secretary of the Board is directed to regularize the engagement of Mr. Banerjee.

The petitioner seeks transfer on medical ground. Her application is pending consideration before the West Bengal Board of Primary Education.

Without going into the merits of the application, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education to consider the said application in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of 90 days from the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation along with all documents in support of her prayer to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
