In the penultimate line of the 2nd paragraph of page 1 of the said order the words "Urban Development and Municipal Affairs Department" should read as "Judicial Department Government of West Bengal". In the second line of the last paragraph of page 2 of the said order the words "Urban Development and Municipal Affairs Department"

should read as "Judicial Department Government of West Bengal". The order dated 24th September, 2024 is corrected accordingly. The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.

Let this order be read along with the order dated 24th September, 2024.
