1. Interim bail was granted by the coordinate Bench on October 29, 2025.

2. There is no adverse report as against the petitioners subsequent to the grant of interim bail.

3. In such circumstances, interim bail granted on October 29, 2025 is affirmed on the same terms and conditions.

4. Accordingly, the petitioners namely, (1) Azizul Rahaman,

(2) Duryadhan Namadas and (3) Sanjay Das shall be released on interim bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.20,000/- each with two registered sureties of Rs.10,000/- each, of which one must be local, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial

Magistrate, Siliguri and also on condition that the accused persons hall not mis-use the liberty granted by this Court and they shall not tamper with any evidence orally or documentary during the trial. They shall not absent themselves on any day during trial and shall not commit any offence while on bail. They shall give their mobile phone numbers to the local police station and shall not change it without prior permission of the trial court and they shall not in any manner try to delay the trial. The petitioners shall not leave the geographical limit of district Darjeeling without taking leave from the jurisdictional court and shall report to the Inspector-inCharge/Officer-in-Charge Pradhannagar Police Station once in a week until further order.

5. The matter may be listed after eight weeks before the next available Circuit Bench.
