Records of the revisional application reflect that on 4th of October, 2024 petitioner was directed to effect service of the revisional application upon the opposite parties. The revisional application was again listed on 25th of November, 2024 when a Coordinate Bench was pleased to observe that none represented the petitioners. Records of the revisional application reflect that the subject matter of challenge in the revisional application relate to an order dated 03.09.2024 by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Siliguri in connection with Criminal Appeal no. 06 of 2024.

I have considered the reasons assigned by the learned Appellate Court wherein the subject matter of ad interim monetary relief was taken into consideration in respect of the orders passed in December, 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Siliguri in connection with Misc. Case No. 236/2023. Having considered the reasons so assigned by the learned Appellate Court and the fact that the learned trial Court and the Appellate Court have both concurred in granting the prayer, on perusal of the records I do not find

there is any manifest error or irregularity to interfere with the impugned order.

Accordingly CRR 365 of 2024 is dismissed.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
