The petitioner has been alleged to have committed rape of the victim lady.

The victim has named the present petitioner as her assailant in her statement recorded under Section 183 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 6.

It has been submitted that the chargesheet has been submitted in June, 2025 and trial is yet to commence. The

next date before the learned Trial Court is fixed for framing of charge.

Under such circumstances, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the application for bail is rejected. 9.

CRM(M) 270 of 2025 stands disposed of.

10. Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
