This is an application for transfer of Matrimonial Suit No.29 of 2019, which was being heard analogously with Matrimonial Suit No.167 of 2022 and was pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track 2nd Court at Jalpaiguri, to another court of competent jurisdiction.

2. In my view, such prayer can be made before the learned District Judge, Jalpaiguri. The petitioner seeks transfer of the suit from one competent court at Jalpaiguri Sadar to another court. It is urged that the court before which the suits are pending, is lying vacant.

3. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to approach the learned District Judge, Jalpaiguri. The learned District Judge shall pass necessary order in accordance with law, upon hearing all parties.

4. Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of, without any orders.

5. Parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
