1. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that, a final report of mistake as to fact was filed before the jurisdictional Court in the present police case.

2. However, such report is yet to be accepted by the jurisdictional Court.

3. Be that as it may, as on date, since the police filed such report, there does not exist any apprehension of arrest.

4. Consequently, C.R.M. (A) 708 of 2024 is disposed of. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Md. Shabbar Rashidi, J.)
