This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the Commissioner of School Education West Bengal/ respondent no.2 in considering and taking action on the basis of request made by the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Alipurduar, through his letter dated 16th February, 2021 being Annexure P-8 to the writ petition for sanctioning three non-teaching staff. Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 2795 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.2 to take immediate steps for giving effect to the aforesaid request dated
