Learned advocate for the appellant is present.

The matter is put up for necessary rectification of the judgment dated 25.03.2026. Learned advocate for the appellant points certain mistakes which is caused due to arithmetical calculation. In paragraph 2 of page 8 where it is stated that annual income will come to Rs. 98,000/- the same be rectified and made Rs.96,000/-. Thereafter in the following paragraph where it is observed total loss of future earning comes to Rs. 7,30,500/- the same should be Rs.7,20,000/-. Thereafter in the following paragraph where it is provided hence total compensation comes to Rs.

24,69,076/- by arithmetical calculation it should be rectified and corrected as 24, 48,576. Thereafter where it is stated that the

appellant is entitled to compensation of Rs.24,00,000/- along with interest @6% per annum from the date till today it should be clarified as 'the appellant is entitled to compensation of Rs.24,00,000 along with interest @6% per annum from of the date of filing of claim case till 25.03.2026'.

Other contents of the judgment dated 25.03.2026 remained unaltered.
