The petitioner seeks transfer. Application for transfer was made before the Commissioner of School Education as the Utsashree portal dealing with the transfer applications stood suspended by the State. None represents the West Bengal Central School Service Commission.

Learned advocate representing the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the writ petition upon Mr. Sunit Kumar Roy, learned advocate who usually represents the Central School Service Commission before this Court and is virtually present today. The instant writ petition is disposed of by granting leave to the petitioner to file offline application seeking transfer disclosing the ground for such transfer to the head of the institution who shall forward the same to the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education),

Cooch Behar within a week from the date of receipt of the application.

The District Inspector of Schools shall thereafter forward the application to the West Bengal Central School Service Commission for taking a decision in the matter within a fortnight from the date of receipt of the application from the head of the institution. The Central School Service Commission shall take a decision in the matter at the earliest but positively within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of the application from the District Inspector of Schools. reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter. Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the application seeking transfer along with all documents in support of her prayer to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of usual legal formalities.
