Learned counsel for the West Bengal Central School Service Commission submits documents in support of his submission that out of three schools chosen by the petitioner, the first and second preferred schools are included in the final vacancy list for the 2nd SLST (AT), 2025 for the subject political science (PG), Bengali medium, male/family gender.

To confirm the vacancy status of the third preferred school namely, Rajganj M.N. High School, a communication has been made to the headmaster/teacher in-charge of the school on April 6, 2026 to send the vacancy status with the pupil-teacher ratio details of the school. The same is awaiting.

Prayer has been made to adjourn hearing of the contempt application for the time being.

On such prayer, relist on May 14, 2026.

An updated report shall be placed before this

Court on the returnable date. The petitioner shall be communicated the fate of his transfer application.
