2. The petitioner's application seeking transfer on medical ground is pending consideration before the District Primary School Council, Darjeeling.

3. Without entering into the merit of the same, the Chairman, DPSC, Darjeeling is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's prayer seeking transfer on medical ground in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
