Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that FIR has been registered and the investigation is in progress and appropriate notices have also been issued.

Mr. Paul, learned advocate appears for the private respondent. He submits that a probate proceeding is pending before the competent court

and the dispute between the parties is purely civil in nature.

However, considering the fact that the complaint has been lodged and an FIR has been registered on the basis of such complaint, the writ petition stands disposed of by directing the concerned investigating officer to conclude the investigation as early as possible and in accordance with law.
