Petitioner is in custody for 221 days. He submits he is not the principal accused. He prays for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim shows petitioner had also ravished the victim who was sought to be trafficked for sexual exploitation. In view of the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the crime and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
