Mr. Dhar, learned advocate appearing for the private respondent submits that the respondent no. 6 performed the Durga Puja pursuant to the permission granted by the civil court in a pending suit being TS No. 135 of 2025.

Due to passage of time, the instant writ petition has become infructuous and the same is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
