This writ petition has been filed for relief of compassionate appointment on the ground of death of the petitioner's father who expired on 23rd February, 2001 and this writ petition has been filed after more than 20 years and on this ground alone and in view of the law laid down by the Supreme Court, immediately hardship of the family does not survived.

This writ petition being WPA 2806 of 2022 is dismissed.
